Crazy in Love Sparkler
1 can (11.5 ounce) Libby's Kerns All Nectar Strawberry Kiwi 10 to 12 fresh or unsweetened frozen strawberries 1 cup fresh lemon juice 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon (the large spoon) packed fresh whole mint leaves 1 jar (liter) Club Soda, chilled 1 lemon (optional), sliced
Place nectar, strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and mint in a blender. Cover. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Fill glass with ice. Add equal portions nectar mixture and club soda. Stir. (Serves 6.)
Serving Suggestion: Garnish rim of glass with lemon slice.
Atmosphere Enhancer: Share this refreshing drink on a sumer's eve.

Cappuccino Arousal Parfait
1 teaspoon (small spoon) instant coffee 1/4 teaspoon water 2% lowfat milk 1 cup thawed Cool Whip 1 pack Instant Chocolate or Vanilla Pudding
Dissolve coffee in water. Stir into Cool Whip.
Prepare pudding as per box directions, using milk. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon pudding and whipped topping alternately into 6 dessert glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serving Suggestion: Use three "good" dessert glasses, like those used for guests!
